Our institute has always been adhering to the purpose of "openness, mobility, joint, and competition," been cooperating and communicating actively with home and abroad based on our research directions and research advantages, has been formed at three levels of domestic and international cooperation and came into being of the unique situation: focusing on major scientific issues as an impetus to carry out substantive high-level international cooperation in research;  researcher and students exchanges as a means to carry out experimental methods and technology exchanges; an active organization of regional international conferences, to form the regular exchange mechanism for the domestic and foreign scientists.　

　 From now on, we have cooperated with scientists from more than 20 countries.Like U.S.A., U.K., Australia, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Canada, Russia, India, Argentina, Sweden, New Zealand, Japan etc.
